Please understand that when you forget, no call no show, or cancel your appointment without giving a 48 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Without giving us a 2 day notice, a cancellation fee will be charged for the time you had reserved. The fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.
