FOREIGN LASH FILL POLICY

A foreign fill is considered any lash fill performed over extensions originally applied by another lash artist.

For the safety and health of your natural lashes, all foreign fills are accepted at the artist’s discretion.

Before a foreign fill can be performed, the existing lash extensions must be evaluated.

A consultation is required prior to booking.

We will only perform a foreign fill if the current extensions:

• Are properly isolated and safely applied

• Are an appropriate length and thickness for the natural lashes

• Are clean and free of excessive oil, makeup, residue, or buildup

• Do not have excessive stickies, twisting, breakage, or damage

• Are in a condition that allows us to safely work over the existing application

If the previous application does not meet our standards, a removal and new full set may be required.

Please understand that this is not a criticism of another lash artist. Every artist uses different products, techniques, and application methods. Our priority is protecting the integrity and health of your natural lashes and providing a service we can confidently stand behind.

Foreign fills may also require additional time depending on the condition of the existing extensions. If you book a shorter fill appointment and additional cleansing, removal, correction, or preparation is necessary, we may not be able to complete the desired fullness within the scheduled appointment time.

We cannot guarantee the retention of another artist’s work or how our products will interact with products previously used.

By booking a foreign fill, you acknowledge that the lash artist may recommend additional appointment time, partial removal, complete removal, or a new full set if necessary.
