Service Description
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget, no call no show, or cancel your appointment without giving a 48 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Without giving us a 2 day notice, a cancellation fee will be charged for the time you had reserved. The fee must be paid prior to rescheduling. Cancellation Fee:1Hr $55, 1 Hr 15 Min $65, 1 Hr 30Min $75, 1 Hr 45 Min $85, 2 Hour $95, 2 Hour 30 Min $115, 3 Hr $135. As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you a reminder prior to your appointment date. Your artist will also contact you directly via TEXT MESSAGE the day before your appointment to confirm. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. All payments are non-refundable. Thank you.
