Service Description

Required for all new clients with existing lash extensions from another salon. We assess the health of your natural lashes and the quality of the current set to determine if a fill is possible or if a full removal and new set is needed.

Cancellation Policy

STRICTLY ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment is important to us, and the time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows prevent us from offering that reserved time to other clients, including those on our waiting list. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the following cancellation fees: Cancellation Fee Schedule Appointment Duration Cancellation Fee 1 Hour $55 1 Hour 15 Minutes $65 1 Hour 30 Minutes $75 1 Hour 45 Minutes $85 2 Hours $95 2 Hours 30 Minutes $115 3 Hours $135 All outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
